Thanks to those who commented positive on our clinic.
We need to clarify some issues about the negative feedback
1. Doctor's table messy
We discussed that with the doctor and he has cleared the mess
2. Toilet dirty
The cleaner was off sick, he came back and cleaned the toilet
3. Dusty floor, lift and car park.
We endeavour to clean the car park; however some customers get rid of their rubbish in the car park.
We tidied up those places with the cleaning company
4. Reception desk looks messy
On that day we had many parcels and letters left on the reception desk by the delivery.
We cleared that mess
5. More hours and days of operation
We are looking for more doctors to join our clinic
6. Dr hardly on time, using the phone to talk to a real estate agent.
Although the doctor may take more time with some cases, we discussed that with the doctor, acknowledged.
